With the LEI Charm Subscription, you get two new charms every month to grow your personal LEI collection.
Here's what to expect:

You can pay for your jewelry subscription with PayPal or credit card. Gift cards can't be redeemed.
Billing:
The first payment is made when you sign up for the subscription. After that, we automatically charge the monthly amount of €19.90 on the 10th of each month.
Your LEI Charm Subscription ships 3–5 business days after payment is charged. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
The LEI Charm Subscription is excluded from exchanges.
Exception:
– Right of withdrawal (14 days) after your first order
– Defective products: Please contact customer service directly
You can set your preferred color – gold or silver – in your subscription settings. Log in to your customer account and go to “Manage Subscription”.
Here you can:
– Change the color
– Pause your subscription
– Cancel your subscription
– View your subscription status
Change Color
– Make changes by the 5th of the month for your next delivery
– Only possible if your chosen variant is available
Pause Subscription
–Pause by the 5th of the month for the next delivery
– No charge & no delivery in the paused month
– Your subscription then restarts automatically
Withdraw from Order (First Box)
– Possible within 14 days of receipt
Difference:
– Cancellation = stops future deliveries
– Withdrawal = applies to an order you've already received
The LEI Charm Subscription has a minimum term of 3 months. After that, you can cancel it on a monthly basis.
Here's how:
1 – Log in to your customer account
2 – Go to “Manage Subscription”
3 – Select “Cancel”
After canceling, you'll receive a confirmation by email.
Once the 3-month minimum term ends, your subscription simply continues month to month. You'll keep receiving 2 new charms for €19.90 every month.
From then on, you can cancel your subscription on a monthly basis.
